F1 2014 My F1 2014 cannot start steam api dll missing. ( Non Steam)

Can someone tell me how to fix this. I already try download steam api dll paste in folder. but it just open my steam. Because i download non steam F12014. Pls help me

There is no 'non Steam' version of the game as far as I am aware. It must be installed into Steam.

If you have bought a key somewhere or a DVD, it may be an invalid key or an illegal copy of the disk.
