Apps Need simple time app

Hello.
I need a simple application that would perform two functions:
1. In the game: Shows the current time in hundredths.
2. In repeat: Showed the time exactly at the time of recording.

I'm not a programmer and don't know variables, but I think for those who do, this is a very simple application. The task is to synchronize screen recording time with replay.
