New Pc: Content Manager installation problems

during installation (windows 11) i have the following problem ...

For me as a total computer beginner, this results in the first problems ... does anyone have any suggestions for solving the problem?

I don´t know whats going on today, I also finished a new pc build and CM cant detect my internet connection, so cant activate it, and cm cant check new versions online, nothing. already sent an email to support
