Only interesting if ratings and rankings are your reason for racing. I can see how that would draw people in, but it doesn't do anything for me personally. I'm not interested in bragging rights, I just want fun, quality racing and this new system isn't going to do anything to provide that by itself. It requires good communities and organisation, so I'd rather see more work on that side of things.
