PC2 No rain on visor?

Using Vive, in an open top car in the rain, should I be getting rain against my visor in cockpit or helmet view?

I have tried with the "rain drops" option on and off, and particles high, but nothing hits my face.

I have this now also on my Rift .
Before patch 4 there was rain on the visor , maybe i'm in cockpit instead of helmet cam .
I forgot to test this last time i played.

Yeah I just realised this today and tried all different options... I did see a few drops barely noticeable but something has definitely changed either deliberate or accidental since the patch.
