Nvidia GTX460: the new $200 midrange king?

Nvidia has released or will be releasing 2 versions of the GTX460. A 768mb version and a 1 gb version....the first has a price tag of $200 and the latter a $230 price tag.
And according to some reviews it's a great card that competes well with AMD (sometimes even better than the GTX 465)
best of all it is the most efficient in the GTX 4xx series (even more efficient than my 8800GT in iddle mode...great for for my pc that is running 24/7...I think I have found my next graphics card :))
