Oculus Rift while traveling

I am interested in OR to use with my main gaming rig at home, but also to play on the road while travelling for business.
At the moment I symply connect my lat top to the hotel room flat screen TV via HDMI, but I would be investing in a OR sooner than later if I could use it with my lap top.
my travelling laptop is:
AMD E2-1800 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.70 GHZ
4 gb RAM
64 bit OS with Windows 7 pro
HDMI output.

Is this laptop strong enough to use a DK1 OR?

That CPU is about 5 times slower than a regular core i7 desktop version.
As many racing sims are quite depending on CPU, I doubt that low-end laptop can feed 120fps needed for the Oculus.
Especially now they are going going to use HD screens in the near future.
Most regular PC's would have a hard time running 120FPS on HD resolution.

My lap has a hard time hitting 60FPS on any SIM, even with low settings, but even my main rig is challenged to stay above 120FPS in AC when AI is involved. AC is 90% of my SIM activity when at home now.
I play with a 1280X800, 100 inch, 16:10, projected screen.
What happens with OR when going bellow 120FPS?
