Odd floating head texture. Halp!

So I've been searching around a little bit and cannot find anything on this issue I am having. Ever since a few days ago I've began to notice certain cars having this odd floating head above the car when watching replays or driving in 3rd person mode.

Doesn't show up in showroom though. Wondering if anyone had any idea what may be causing this? Appreciate any help I can get.

I had the same problem mate and it seems to be a custom shaders patch glitch you just need to go through the most recent versions and find one that works for me it was version 0.1.73
