[OFFICIAL TRACK] Since when does an official track need a base MOD?

Did I just waste my money? Since when does an official track need a base MOD? And Austin? that should be working since I am subscribed to GEM.

No you haven't wasted your money. What you do have is something like a track pack or car skin mod that requires an older version of the track. However, the older version of the New York E-prix track no longer exists, it has been replaced by a newer version, thus the track pack cannot find the old version and spits out that error. It is one of the items S397 has been investigating for some time, fairly common with car skin sets as well.
Solution? Delete the track pack/mod or find an updated version that is compatible with the latest version of that track.
