as jester sayed atm there is only one way to change rims and rim color on your owne thats for the offline version
you have to made your car complete standalone like the gtr2 coustom cars
ofc befor you have to decrypted all the files
sorry that i cant explain it deeper but i dident manage yet to make a real stand alone car for race07
