General Only one brake disc textured, rest textured partially

Hi!
I'm modding Supra for personal use. Everything went fine (my 1st mod so I'm proud) but I encountered a problem with texturing brake discs.
So in AC/CM showroom everything is ok, but when I get this Supra on race there is only one brake disc textured (rear right). Rest of them aren't textured in the friction surface (it's black). It doesn't happen with original brake textures. I also checked dummies but they're fine, material for every disc is ksBrakeDisc with thermal glowing texture and I think that's the problem or it's something to do with data files. I tried adding [DISCS_GRAPHICS] lines to brakes.ini - didn't work.
Probably I'm doing something wrong with saving .dds files. Could you tell me which settings should I use for saving those types of textures?

yes, like in working brake disc. On the last screenshot you can see textured border and center of disc, black colour is between them but it's the same .dds
