Painting Wheels Black

Does anyone know how to paint the V8 wheels black? And do you know if they can be painted black on the skins that are part of the game?

I think it is in the genstring of the .veh

The Stock V8 wheels aren't intended to be skinned as they're a standard item in the real series, so can't be changed colour using the genstrings. The wheels of the Mini can, however.

Before GSC 2012, for the V8's it was possible to change it in .veh file, now it isn't anymore.
