So I'm looking to probably go either 32" 1440 144Hz Triples (GB3266QSU-B1)

Can someone with much more PC knowledge than me, kindly advise on a full PC spec I should aim for to get the most out of these monitors + be able to upgrade in the future. I plan on building my own PC, but with new GPUs/CPUs etc. due imminently I'm not sure whether it's worth waiting or not. Budget is around £3k.
