Philip Island setup

I've been trying to get a setup going for a couple of days now around Philip Island with a V8 Factor Unleashed car, but no matter what I change it always seems to over steer to almost spin on exit. Thoughts?

I'm running 2 rear wing, Roll bars 110 front & 3 on rear, 0 camber on all tires, spring of 100 front & 104 rear, full caster (25), full track bar (30) & front & rear toe of +20.

I havent raced the combo in a year but i remember winning lots of races and doing the fastest laps (gplrank rfactor WR tier) with following principles:
*Always smallest/lowest trackbar
*Around 90% ARB sitffness rear and 80% Front
*Around 60% Spring sitffness rear and 70% Front
*Mostly 1-3 wing
*Quite small toes, around -0.15 at most
some of your values seem very weird, try dividing the caster by half for example lol
