F1 2010 Pitstop bug?

Why is it everytime i go into the pits,even if i happen to be leading the race the lollipop man doesnt let me go untill im virtually last!!! Is there anyway i can get released sooner?

i go into the pits 1 or 2 laps later and i have not any problem..
