No idea. I have lots of other mods and this one works fine for me. You can always try to do a clean install of the game and install latest modloader. Or try running only this mod.

In the newest version you can use CTRL + P to disable it temporarily if you want so you don't break the car.

how do I actually disamble it? First I open the window of the mod(CTR+P) and then?

i disabled it and enabled but i still cant pick up the parts, only the cars

I'm not sure what you mean. Please link a gif or a video. Everything is working fine for me. What you could do is remove your modloader and all mods from the folder. Then reinstall modloader and this mod. If it still doesn't work I recommend you reinstall the game.

re installed the mod, works now

When you have installed modloader you need to start the game one time so the modloader creates the folder for you.
