PnG problem.

I have lost my GTR2.exe file from my PnG folder. I have administrator rights but I can't copy and paste a new .exe file into my folder. I am told I need permission from admin. Any suggestions?

Try taking possession of both folders. Also try temporarily disabling your anti-malware and/or DEP; either could consider any tampering with exe files as malware activity.
