how can I change the texture that appears on the Extra C key?

I will do a full guide when i have time for the Porsche and the Nissan, but it is in the ext_config.ini in the skin folder that make the color change

is this skin for a specific mod? because I install it on the gt3 ks_porsche_911_gt3_rs folder, I can see the skin but with no lights, etc... only the normal car with the white safety car skin... I have CSP and all perfectly working.
