Possible to make SCE look for tracks/cars in multiple locations?

Is it possible to make SCE look for mods in multiple locations? I would like to keep my SCE folder clean and install mods in a different location, making it easier to remove mods I don't like after testing.

You should use (as I do) JoneSoft Generic Mod Enabler (JSGME) because this is a great way to be able to change, exchange or even turn off mods on the fly maintaining your installation folder clean (you can also update your mods the easy way).
