I think especially the new guys should do the next full practise races at least just so can get a idea of there race craft and consistency.
As already been said your pace isn't important but its Important you can be consistent at your own race pace. Doing these practise races and also practicing on server with other racers at anytime or even on your own on the server and we can go through timing data and see practise stints etc, if know when to look for.
