F1 2010 Problem Setups / Quick setups

I Only have quick setups and don't find any way to have full setups settings
Any idea ?
I begin in carreer mode

When I'm in ingenieer vieu, I only have quick setups
I am asking how to have all the setups settings (aeros, gears, etc...)

when you enter the garage.. the monitor in front of your car is place to access your setups..
just hit enter.. go the right most side.. enter again.. and you will have access to tuning..
