Problem start up with 0.655 ....

Hi i am from Bulgaria and i have played Racer a long time ago, now i remember that fantastic game and searched hard for it... whatever i found it, but now comes the problem, my machine video card is old, it is integrated in the laptop, but that is not the real problem.... the problem is that when i double click Racer.exe i says that there is a problem with the program and reinstalling it may help, how to re-instal it when there is no installation, only rar file.....?

Can this be a problem in the registry..... ?

make sure you have installed the DLL's for Visual C++ 2008, you can find it at my site...or google it...
