Problem with apps

Somehow i can't enable dev apps, i can't disable 5s penatly and when i download tyre wear app i don't see in the game.

I'm going mydocuments/assetto corsa/cfg/race.ini then ALLOWED_TYRES_OUT=2 i change to -1 and save but when i go to game 5s penatly is still active. So i quit then i see that ALLOWED_TYRES_OUT is againg on 2

Also when i check direct folder/steamapps/common/assettocorsa/system/cfg/assetto_corsa.ini
i see that ENABLE_DEV_APPS=1 but i can't see those apps in game

Anybody know what i'm doing wrong?

Disabling the penalties only works in practice mode. Also, you can change the file to read only to make sure it doesn't get overwritten, though in some other game (can't remember which) somehow it didn't work and the files got overwritten anyway...

i change to "ready only" but then i get error cannot write to race.ini
So thats mean AC overwritte? And when i don't allow to overwritte AC will not start?
I didn't have problem with 0.2

Huh... That's new.
Anyway, my file isn't set to read only and the penalties are disabled and have been since v0.1, so I have no idea why your game would turn them on every time...
