Problem with BTB

Hello guys i had bought me BTB bevor 3 years,

my actuall license ends in December, i had activite me license befor 10 days, BTB works great, today i will start BTB and it doestn work always there come *Lock system, the trial period has expired, you need to purchase a new license ...* but i had the license.
If downloaded the same license yet and it doesnt work.

What is the Problem ?!?

Which version of BTB are you using and which operating system?

Also, did you just buy a new computer or change any hardware on your current computer?
