Problem with purchase of DLC from steam

I just purchased Porshe Pack 1,2,and 3 and Ferrari pack and Ready to race pack and have not received the contents in my game .Steam says i must contact the game maker yet they sold the DLC and already charged my PayPal account. What should i do? I can not talk to any one at steam to straighten this out.

Already got that issue previously. Go to Assetto Corsa properties on Steam, go to DLC tab, deselect the DLC that are missing and re-select them. If you see a download starting on steam, then it's ok, the DLC will be installed.
