Problems with Ego Erp Archiver

This is probably a stupid question, but I can't seem to figure it out.
I have the newest version of EEA (9.1) and I am trying to import my own design into the game. I save it as dds file in PS and try to import it.
But when I am using EEA it comes up with this message every time:

Do any of you guys know how I can fix this?

I had this same thing, you’ll have to change your permissions to allow programs to modify the files without administrator permission. Open a file explorer, right click C, Properties, Security, and then either Advanced or Edit I forget which one sorry.

Thanks for the reply! It didn't work for me, but I might have the wrong settings for mipmaps. Do you know what settings of mipmaps I need to use?

Start EEA as Administrator, if you run your programs from system folders like that.
