PC1 PS4 & XBOX One Camera Editor Needed

I think it should have been included like in PC where you can edit and customise all cameras position with Ctrl+K and not only the FOV like in the consoles. I want to play with Formula A and have an offset TCam!!!!! I feel the camera options are very limited in consoles!
Does anyone know if we use a keyboard in PS4 will we have that option?
What do you think about this?
