Question about Bought Liveries

Hello there,

Im about to buy a GT3 Livery online for using it in LFM League. So my Question is if that specific Livery can be seen by other Players in Online Races or if its the same like Custom Skins downloaded from Racedepartment that are not seen by others?

Just wanna know before i spend Money on it

You will be able to see your skin but to others, it will show up as a generic black car.
