Which car, except the RadBull, should I use to drift? And good tracks to drift in them? What about setups?

The evo IX on sonoma with storm condition is fantastic, otherwise i'd suggest the jaguar f-type, the zonda, and most vintage cars (the DBR-1 is really nice for low-speed drifting).
Also try the RWD street cars on the "OEM" default setup, most of them drift quite well with it

+1 for the F-Type. One of the most enjoyable cars in the game.
