Quickchatbuttons: where to set it?

I must be really stupid/drunk, but i cant find them in the game. I can assign a button for the quickchats but i dont have a clue to assign a message to the various buttons.

Help?

lol ....(sorry stig...could not resist )
....if not mistaken you can assign them when you're online.....in option.....

aha, so only online? hmmm that makes sence (not!).. but i explains why i could not find them in the settings

it's pretty stupid....that you can only assign then online.....wish you could do it also offline....oh well.....

you could edit your PIR file, but its probebly just as easy to do it in multi player.
