hey guys im coming towards the end of my first season with lotus and iv accepted an offer for next season. They want me to choose a path. Which one should i choose balanced intermediate or aggressive? Cheers

I think if i understand correctly, it should be

Balance = Develop for current season and Next season (50/50)
Aggressive = All R&D updates is for current season
Intermediate = For next season

I may be wrong.
