F1 2012 R&D Problem

I am in my second career season with the ferrari team and for the first 5 races I have been doing the same R&D test and not unlocking it despite the engineer telling me that it was successful and niether did it fail, so please if anyone has a solutiion please help as this is so frustrating, thanks

I have the same problem. Too bad i don't think CM is going to fix it. And i only play online an career
In season 2 i had 2 upgrades to Ferrari, then it stopped. The game "forgets" to check that you've completed the test, and then it doesn't fail or suceed. So you'll have to do the same test everytime until the game checks it as succesfull upgrade or a failed upgrade.
