Wondered who it was who took me off on the first lap!!!!

The whole night was just an incredible blast!

It was my first RD event and I just can't believe the quality and the sportmanship of the races (Mr Buxton excepted:wink2! Having only played on public servers in the past I am converted. Here's my little review:

Anderstorp North
Began in a very inauspicious fashion with me qualifying 21st out of 21! I was amazed when the race started that I could actually compete - obviously not with the aliens but certainly with the guys around me.

Fought my way up to 10th with some solid if unspectacular driving before a rash of late fuel issues saw me finish in 6th - result!!

Nurburgring
A much better quali performance with me starting in something like 12th. Struggled in the race but retained 10th place until someone punted me at the sharp right hander and I managed to limp in 15th.

Magny Cours / Hockenheim Short
Missed these two as City looked like they were on the comeback trail against Hamburg and I was compelled to watch. Pity as Magny-Cours was the one track I had practiced!!!

Anderstorp South
Another relatively strong quali performance followed by a race where I struggled and after a monumental crash under pressure whilst hanging onto 12th I made it home something like 16th with 3 wheels.

Brands Hatch
Struggled in quali and despite picking up a few places on the first lap just couldn't stop most of the field coming back past me.

The last person to pass me was G Clemenger who rapidly put 7 seconds between us. Not sure what happened to him but the gap began to close and as I caught up with him it was like he was driving on ice and I took the place on the last corner.

No problem mate. Can't complain as I am guilty of a outrageous move up the inside on the sharp right hander a few seconds earlier - great view of it on the video from the aerial view (I'm the black car with the yellow roof).
