How can I get the Pre-Qualifying HotLap from ReplayFridge because I don't have it, as my game crashed after it and did not save my replay (just saved the first lap in PQ - not best). And is there a problem if I send the overwrited log file because of the game crash??

Download the server replay and use rFVCRMerge to extract your lap from it
