I know I added the VSC rules in the first post but I forgot to save you all the math.

Baku Race Laps 38-51

Excelsior opts not to pit under VSC, but rejoin in front of the Harveys anyway, as they are held up by Albon.

Albon retires as well, while Norris makes a lot of progress. Piastri passes both Red Nights and enters the lead.

Norris also passes both Red Nights, and is looking to pass Piastri.

Norris passes Piastri as well, as his tyres start to overheat.

Standings are updated, market is closed until I update the budgets.

And an announcement:
-So I've realized it's quite impossible to balance the delayed upgrades, so we will instead try this:

The delayed upgrades will now be restricted according to these 3 tiers.
No complex pricing system, just either you can buy it or not at the default price.
Tiers are built on the constructors championship standing and are updated every 5 races. So these tiers will remain until after Hungaroring.

You can also have no more than 9.5PP saved at the point I refresh the tiers.

I feel the change won't affect many teams, but only prevents abuse of the system.

Although Alonso did an amazing first sector, it was not enough to get him out of Q1 as the Bee The One car is just too slow.

The Ferrari teams look like they still need to catch up, as it's 7 Renaults into Q3.

It appears nobody was touching Norris, he gets quite a dominant pole.

Soft - 22 laps
Medium - 36 laps
Hard - 46 laps

I will stop the race now on lap 19, and another 2 updates on laps 37 and 50.
Deadline (until lap 19): July 29th, 16:00 CEST (2-days by request of myself :) )

I can confirm that Oscar Piastri does definitely have a contract for 2022 at DTK Racing, not Alpine. Details will I'm sure be confirmed by Oscar at some point.
Thank goodness. The boy deserves a driver somewhere. Alpine may just be ruining his career, taking him away from F2 to be a benchwarmer.

-Has drivers 26 and 53 points off 1st in the championship in 5th and 10th places.
-Leading the Constructors Championship by 12 points.

Wut haha.

You and Sasha are the only managers with both drivers in the Top 10. I think the rest of us drafted one great driver while you guys got two good drivers.
