Race On is playing in full screen instead of wide screen.?

Starcraft2 plays wide screen..I'm not sure if its the game,steam or computer.

I'm not really sure what you mean. If you have a widescreen monitor and the game is running full screen (no black bars) then that's widescreen. If you have a 4:3 monitor and are trying to run a widescreen res for some reason, then you might need to set your graphics card to 'keep aspect ratio' (ATI CCC), or whatever the equivalent option is for your card.
