Racing Club start time

We're into r out of DST now and the clocks have changed for all that get affected by it.
It's been mentioned that races should begin at a different time to go along with the time change.
You are the current drivers in the club, What do you think?

I thought it was standard procedure to move starts back to 19:00 GMT.
Since almost everyone changes at the same time, the local start times should be the same.
