Racing cockpit for Commercial use

What racing cockpits are there which can be used commercially?
obviously it has to look good and take alot of abuse.

No motion needed, and I dont want a turn-key simulator. Just the cockpit.

not sure where your situated but there is a company here in australia that make some seriously decent sim rigs. the compant is called simworx http://www.simworx.com.au/simulators.html other wise google is your friend theres lots of places that do the similar sort of stuff.

Nixim if your in the UK would be my suggestion. If you did want motion then the simxperience is your choice. Both cockpits are built bullet proof.
