I wanted to link you the Rallylegend cars, but i see you already left a review on one of them.
To answer your question, no WRC car of the last decade had an H-Shifter, its all sequential with either paddels or a big stick.

These two are the best ones around, any many of those with questionable origin you will find elsewhere use a ripped model with either the physics of these two cars or the Kunos rally cars fumbled together to fit the wheelbase
