RD Nordschleife 24h [any info?]

I know that there was a Nordschleife 24h race hosted by RaceDepartment last year (31st of March 2012).
I have not seen any news about anything similar this year. Does anyone have any information regarding this, I would appreciate it.

Also, I am new to this forum, so I apologize If there has already been a similar thread in here

I am suprised no one knows anything, 'cause last year's edition must have been a huge event I guess everyone has moved to rF2 already...

The thread of last year was moved to the World Endurance Series forums in rF2 which will be the natural successor in time: http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/forums/rd-world-endurance-series.202/

But before doing a 24H race on the nords we first need a finished version of rF2. Driverswaps are currently not yet enabled.

Thanks, I had trouble finding last year's topic.
So, rF2 is not ready yet and rF1 is loosing its appeal after so many years...
Too bad, I really wanted to do a proper 24h race.

Are there any other racing communities that do 24h races?
I am only active on R2P...

24H is a nightmare with rfactor due to the random disconnections that happen to drivers.

However there are some workarounds that we are currently investigating for the Le Mans Series.

What do you think of a Formula Reiza full F1 race at the old Nordschleife? Would something like that be attractive to members here?

It's longer than most online races for the car, and the cars are fun to drive in my opinion...
