Not really Senad, Tony can join either Premier or A League if he wishes. However, if he wants to drive the Subaru WRC 2003, he needs to join the A League.

He is in Premier by default, but he can choose to be in A. He didn't mention WRC in his post, so I assumed it was the regular one.
