drop it low and high gene to:
F1 2013 \ characters \ bespokehelmets

If you have put it the right place/folder, should not be a problem.
Ingame you should select helmet 25, i think.
Had the same problem, thinking i did something wrong.
Selecting that helmet is not shown however in the helmets choice.
Go ingame and you will see that it's the cabon helmet.

Yes my friend you are right. I thought that in selection screen, helmet number 25, should be shown.
