As a rallycross fan I've been following the latest news over at iracing the past few days.
Redbull GRC will be closing it's doors in 2018....doesn't look good either, unpaid bills, teams leaving for ARX, super car class removed for a spec car class and lawsuits.
It disappoints me but not overly surprised, the GRC tracks and driver list were pretty lame compared to the WRX lineup and purpose built tracks.
I'm just glad I didn't purchase my ticket for the seattle event in sept....guess I'll be going to Quebec for the WRX Canadian leg in aug instead.

Several teams have confirmed joining the new ARX league
While plans are still coming together for the series, Andretti Rallycross, Subaru Rally Team USA, Hoonigan Racing and Loenbro Motorsports have confirmed plans to compete in the Americas Rallycross Championship.
Canadian Steve Arpin has teamed up with Hoonigan Racing and Ken Block.
