Reinstalled GTL/ Need help with spinning camera (at start)

Hi all, I just reinstalled GTL last week and I've got most everything worked out, except I'm trying to figure out if there's a setting in the plr file somewhere I'm missing. I WOULD LIKE TO STOP THE CAMERA FROM SPINNING AT THE START OF EACH RACE. I don't know if this is possible, but I've searched google and can't find any answers. That's why I'm writing here.

EDIT: Sorry, but I have installed the 10th Anniversary Patch as well.

I presume you mean the external camera that sweeps around before you enter cockpit view? I don't know if this can be turned off but it does serve a hidden purpose. It helps to load track textures etc reducing first lap stuttering.

This is the grid walk file (SPIN/ZOOM effect in GTL contrary to GTR2) called *.GRD : you can delete it in every track folder in GameData\Locations

Yes David, that's exactly what I mean. And GTR233, thanks so much!!!! I'm going to make a secondary folder in my GTL folder and place all these GRD files there in case I need them in the future (but I doubt I will). Again, THANKS A TON!!!!
