Replicate walls

Is there any chance to replicate walls with BTB? I have to do 15 identical very-tricky-to-make walls, so I need advice

Press and hold the C key to make a copy of the Wall as you click and move it.

Another way it so bring up the Walls dialogue, right click where you edit the cross-section, and choose copy > shape and materials. On another wall, you can right click and select paste...
