As you know the "Twin Ring Motegi" has both the Oval and RC so it's amazing the Author never finished and included the Oval since if you use your overhead camera it shows the Oval layout is there. Good luck!

Doesn't look like much chance of reaching PowerBlade since it shows he was last seen "Nov.1, 2017"

Yeah, but I don't think he's going to be very eager to give us permission to convert it to rF2, will try and ask him though.

He gave other modders permission for Okayama and Chang, so i think the chances are not so bad

I was not right. He released TRM over URD as paid mod: https://www.unitedracingdesign.net/product-page/ac-tochigi-tacing-ring - maybe URD will offer a RF2 version
