As you know the "Twin Ring Motegi" has both the Oval and RC so it's amazing the Author never finished and included the Oval since if you use your overhead camera it shows the Oval layout is there. Good luck!

Doesn't look like much chance of reaching PowerBlade since it shows he was last seen "Nov.1, 2017"

He gave other modders permission for Okayama and Chang, so i think the chances are not so bad
