Image Space Incorporated have released version 1.70 of American motor sport temple of speed the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for rFactor 2.

The updated circuit has addressed a number of previously reported cutting false positives that caused several issues when racing on the previous versions of the track. ISI have also put some work into resolving an issue with the pit lane entry on the 2014 version of the circuit as well as various bug fixes to a number of trackside cameras.

Also new for 1.70 is an improvement to the way grass appears in game, bringing a more vibrant, alive, look to the green stuff in an attempt to move away from what the studio considers a desaturated look in the game of late.

AI cars will also now use headlights on each of the road courses at Indianapolis, which will no doubt come as a relief for fans of endurance racing around this American course.
