Rfactor 2 issues......

I am getting this error message [JSON] failed to perform operation , unsupported type.
I was also having a issue that would cause my PC to crash and reboot.
What I did once I was getting these issues and read so forum posts . I did a complete uninstall of Rfactor 2 from Steam and all my Rfactor 2 files on my PC. I then re started my PC and did a fresh install of Rfactor 2 thru Steam . It does not matter what i select non VR or VR mode I am still getting the same JSON error message . I am not sure if there was update since Monday/8/2017 that maybe causing my issue everything was working fine up to that point . Please help.

Delete the Player.JSON. rF2 will generate a new one at first launche.

This file is in the Userdata folder. That won't be deleted with an Unistall.

Usually this error occurs when you manually edit the player.json.
