rFactor demo. How do I start driving?

Hahaha. I have the wheel setup but can't work out what to do next. Join and Create don't do anything in the demo. I assigned the resart race key but that doesn't do it. How do I start driving?

in your main game folder of rfactor you will see a folder called support look in there, there is a PDF file called rFactor Manual.doc. Click on that and it will show you every thing you need to know jut work your way through it..
